Nebraska Owner's Insurance Agency is a leading insurance provider, expanding its operations in Albion, Nebraska. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent.
Position Overview:
As an Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our agency. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude. If you are eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic environment, we welcome you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized insurance recommendations.
Sales: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and sell various insurance policies.
Policy Explanation: Explain insurance products, terms, and pricing to clients.
Claims Assistance: Help clients file claims and guide them through the process.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and maintain accurate client records.
Policy Renewals: Manage policy renewals and suggest updates based on client needs.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
Networking: Attend events and leverage marketing strategies to grow the client base.
Qualifications:
P&C License Required
At least 2 years of experience as a licensed CSR, or Agent preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Applied Epic a bonus.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Nebraska.
Sales experience is a plus, but raw drive and determination matter more.
